I started this blog because i love anything to do with fitness and training, the whole concept of living a healthy life is not just about your body but also about your state of mind. The web is saturated with health and fitness services and products so this blog will i hope focus on reviews about the Personal training industry. The site uses a number of different sources including Amazon where a lot of the reviews come from and Videos from Youtube fitness community.

Personal Trainer

Personal trainers are professionals who are knowledgeable and skilled to help people get on with rigorous physical training. The rising demand for such experts is the reason why there are just too many of them nowadays. But should you really hire their services? It is logical to think that hiring such trainers would be a significant investment over time. Are personal trainers really worth the costs? Personally I don’t use them as I know how to train myself, training has always been part of my daily schedule. At nearly 50 years old I have tried and tested quite a few different training techniques and I find that keeping a balance between exercise and nutrition is the key to a healthy body.

Weight Training

Always warm up before you start any training program!

For me I use weight training every day but I do not have a body like Arnold Schwarzenegger , no I am happy just to keep my body in shape by combining the weights with a cardiovascular workout. This has many great benefits for your all round health and adding stretch exercises helps to round off the workout.
