The soft cover book from NCSF, Advanced Concepts of Personal Training, has answered most of my questions with regards to essential information that is vital to get in shape & improve your health within a respectable amount of time. I recommend it to anyone looking to start a carreer as a Personal Trainer or those that have been scammed by one of the many weight loss or fitness health & performance products out there. Good material and easy to follow, it was shipped an time, and arrived new & undamaged. Good job to Amazon & NCSF!!
